We would love to welcome new and returning members to the MLAC Family for the new Season starting 7th October.

MLAC is delighted to welcome Aidan Debernardi as a Running Coach to provide Sprints and Hurdles training sessions for our MLAC Members.

The Season Calendar and Week 1 Program is now available.

MLAC will be using TeamApp to manage the “Weekly Duty Roster” based on Age Groups this Season.
