Season Duty Calendar and Roster


Stack TeamApp and Weekly Parent Duties


This Season, we will use Stack TeamApp to assist with communication and age group co-ordination. Please search Stack TeamApp on your mobile phone app store and download. You will be added to your respective age groups as agreed during the Registration process.


In addition, and to assist with getting the sessions to run on time and finish per schedule, we’re going to start “pushing” out requests to parents via the app. 


Each Age Group will be required to assist with a variety of tasks over the course of the season. Tasks will be coordinated across: 

  • Track Set Up:  from 07:30 - 08:30 

  • BBQ Duties:    from 09:00 to 12:00pm 

  • Track Pack Up:  from 11:30 - 12:00pm 


If you are in the assigned Age Group for a duty - please ensure you register via TeamApp online.




As well as the duty roster, over the course of the morning your Age Group Manager will

require help with recording scores, measuring throws or jumps.  It goes without saying, the more parents that are actively involved in assisting with events, the greater the chance each session will start and finish on time. We are very grateful for all parents and volunteer assistance each week. 


Please review and download the Duty Roster Calendar (PDF) attached below.  MLAC will be using TeamApp to track attendance and participation of Duties to ensure all parents are doing the right thing.
